_After your order has been confirmed and authorized, it will be processed and shipped out to you within 24-48 hours. This does not include weekends and holidays. Please allow 5-7 business days for USPS shipping. International orders shipped via USPS may take longer than domestic shipping (up to 4 weeks). If you have ordered an item that is not available and is being custom created per request, please expect up to a two week creation process. Custom: A $10 non-refundable deposit to start. This will go towards your custom purchase only. Please allow up to 2 weeks to complete creation process. Each piece will be handmade completely by Razz Ace at My Sweet Skull. I work long hours, on many projects, and love having time to think out a design that fits the custom required. Please have colors in mind, and as much details that will make you happy with your design. Message for quote.

_RETURNS
Myself, Razz Ace, wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase, and gives you 3 days from delivery to request a return or exchange on your item. If you are not totally happy with your purchase, and wish to return or exchange your unworn MY SWEET SKULL piece, you must first request a Return Authorization number (RA). No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an RA number on the invoice AND on the return box. Email [email protected] for RA number. RA number expires after 5 days. Returns will not be excepted after package is mailed after 5 days. Please note that I will not be accepting returns, refunds, or exchanges on ANY earrings OR handmade molds. _
All MY SWEET SKULL pieces must be returned with no signs of wear or adjustments, and the original invoice within 5 days of receipt. I will credit your Paypal used for the original purchase. If the item is received back with signs of wear or damaged, it will be denied for return and will be sent back. In the event where an item is denied for return and sent back to customer, the customer will be charged an additional shipping fee.
When sending your items, I advise using an insured carrier such as Federal Express, USPS Priority insured or UPS. This will enable you to track your package more easily. Please note that I cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in the mail.
If you wish to make a return or exchange to me, please follow these four easy steps:
1. Make a copy of the original invoice.
2. Write the RA number on the invoice and on the front of the box and indicate on the invoice whether you wish to make an exchange or receive a credit on the credit card used for the original purchase. Exchange will be for the item purchased, but re-created.
3. Pack and seal your return securely AND include the invoice. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging. Packages must also be returned pre-paid. I will not accept COD deliveries.

Jewelry Care
_MY SWEET SKULL jewelry is created by my own two hands and no one else! I might over look a flaw or mistake, please keep in mind I am only one person. I try my hardest to create every piece with love and attention. Each piece and link is handled by me. By
following these simple tips, your jeweled pieces will keep sparkling
for years to come...
Always remove jewelry and/or hair accessories when washing hands, showering, or swimming. Moisture can cause stones to dull and become loose.
Avoid spraying or applying any alcohol or oil-based products such as; perfume, hairspray, body lotions, cleansers or hair grooming products on or near the jewelry including hair accessory pieces. The alcohol or oil content will cause some beads to crack, will dull the finish and loosen the crystals, and cause metal parts to discolor or tarnish.
Never expose jewelry pieces to extreme heat or direct sunlight over long periods of time as this can cause colors or beads to fade.
To clean your jewelry and hair accessories use a dry soft cloth. Never submerge in cleaning solution or water.
I, personally, use a soft dry toothbrush to wipe any dust or hard to reach parts and crevices.
